Our Miracle, ANNE!!

Surprise! This is our beautiful daughter, ANNE!
WOW!  We sure didn't expect her to come so early.
Friday, morning at 5:45 my water broke. We called
the doctor, rushed to the hospital, with water rushing
down my legs. I was dilated to a 6, wow and little
Anne was shoving her way out with her legs.  About
30 min. later I was at a 10 and going in for an emergency
c-section. And at 7:42 our Anne came into the world.
She came out screaming at 5 lbs 5 oz.
She is doing pretty well but will have to be in the NICU
for a few weeks. She was only 33 weeks along. She has
lost some weight, but is doing really well for her age.
We feel so blessed to have this sweet little angel baby.
I guess she just wanted to come and see us so badly.
She knows our voices and calms down when ever she
is upset if we talk to her or touch her.  Every time
Scott talks to her she looks around for him.
She is so cute. We are absolutely in love with her.
Thank goodness for my amazing family and parents
who have been helping so much and amazing hospital staff!!!!!!
She is doing well but has a long way to go, please,
dear family and friends keep her in your prayers.

Congratulations to both of you!!! I know you have waited many years to be a mom and now you are :) Anne is such a beautiful name for a little girl, too. One of my dearest friends gave birth to her first son at 32 weeks. They live in Rexburg and he is a thriving just-about-to-turn 8 year-old now. If you ever would like to talk to another mom who went through what you'll go through over the next few months (the machines at home and all), let me know and I'll have her contact you. She's a nurse at Mountainview right now, so she's in I.F. all the time. Again congratulations!!!

WOW! I was just thinking about you and how cool it is that we are at all the same stages...

AND THEN, I visited your blog. That was the LAST thing I was expecting to see on your blog! CONGRATULATIONS. She is darling and seeing your baby, out of your tummy and knowing that she is in this world already kind of put me into shock.

I hear that premie girls are much tougher than boys. I'm sure she's tough and doing well. We will keep your little Anne and cute family in our prayers. She is so beautiful and I am so proud of you!

Congratulations! Thats really exciting. Honestly, thats kinda scary. My biggest fear is that something bad happens to our baby in the pregnancy/birthing process. Maybe I´m just paranoid. But its still scary. I´m glad your lil girl is ok. She´ll grow up and be stronger and healthier than mom and pop. :)
